DayOneEcom is a rolling monthly subscription. Your membership automatically renews on the same calendar date each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise DayOneEcom to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis without further action or notice from us.
Your first payment is taken at the point of purchase. Each subsequent payment is taken on the same calendar date each month ('renewal date'). If that date does not exist in a given month (for example, the 31st), payment will be taken on the last day of that month.
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to all content, resources, and services included in your membership. This includes all course modules, community access, resources, and any live session access available within your tier.
Your membership price will not increase during your current active subscription period. If we introduce a price change that affects existing members, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any increase takes effect.
If a payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access until the outstanding payment is settled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard on our platform. If you experience technical difficulty cancelling through your dashboard, you must contact us at joe@dayoneecom.com before your renewal date. It is your responsibility to ensure cancellation is completed before the next billing date.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to your membership content and resources until the end of your current paid billing period. Access will be removed at the end of that period.
Except as set out in Section 5 below, no refunds or credits are issued for the remaining portion of a billing period following cancellation.
It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, please contact us at joe@dayoneecom.com promptly and we will review the situation.
We may at our discretion consider a refund or credit in genuinely exceptional circumstances, such as a demonstrable technical failure on our part that prevented access to the service for a sustained period. Any such request must be submitted to joe@dayoneecom.com and will be assessed case by case.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe you have a legal right to a refund, please contact us to discuss.

DayOneEcom provides education, mentorship, community access, and practical support for people building ecommerce product businesses. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, earnings, or business results from participation in the programme.
Any income examples, case studies, or member experiences shared within our content, community, or marketing materials represent individual results and are not typical. Your results will depend on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, your effort, experience, niche selection, marketing spend, product choices, and personal circumstances.
Nothing in our course content, community, calls, or communications constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice. You should seek independent advice where appropriate.
You must not use DayOneEcom or its services to:
– Share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to use your account

– You have engaged in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to other members or the DayOneEcom team
– You have made a fraudulent or manifestly unfounded payment dispute or chargeback claim
Where access is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period (save for any statutory rights you may have).
If you have a genuine concern about a payment, please contact us at joe@dayoneecom.com raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We will always endeavour to address legitimate concerns promptly.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised and we reasonably believe it is unfounded — particularly where the service has been delivered and accessed — we will submit all relevant evidence to contest the dispute. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of amounts taken via chargebacks through available legal means where appropriate.
Our membership and content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular content will remain available indefinitely. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DayOneEcom and its owner, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:
– Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage
– Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business
– Loss arising from your reliance on any content, advice, or information provided through the service
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under UK law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DayOneEcom, its owner, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service or Content, or any fraudulent or unlawful act by you in connection with the service.
Within the DayOneEcom community and on calls or sessions, you may be exposed to the business strategies, experiences, and contributions of other members. You agree not to disclose, share, or use outside of DayOneEcom any confidential information or member contributions accessed through the service. This obligation survives the termination of your membership.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before commencing any legal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at joe@dayoneecom.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 14 days.
Entire agreement — these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DayOneEcom in respect of the membership.
Severability — if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.
Waiver — our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment — you may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.
Third party rights — these Terms do not confer any rights on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Changes to these Terms — we may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify active members by email. Continued use of the membership following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
