I’m Joe, founder of DayOneEcom. I began my ecommerce journey in 2020 having no brand, no business knowledge,  just a few ideas that I had juggled for months.

Over the next few years, I designed and launched a completely unique product from scratch to help tackle issues with mental health - stocked by schools, colleges, universities all across the UK as well as selling B2C through multiple online stores. No shortcut. No viral moment. Just the long way round.

I soon realised on my journey just how much rubbish there is out there, so many different systems, so much trend-chasing, so many people oversimplifying processes to get clicks.

I made more mistakes than I can count, but I always learned from them. I have realised that there are far too many people needing genuine guidance, and far too few actually offering it. So my mission, with DayOneEcom is simple: give you what I wish I had, and make sure you don’t waste the time, money, and energy I did finding it out the hard way.

I’m not into that get lucky guru crap, I’m into real business. And real business, a real brand, and a real foundation, is exactly what you will walk away with – no fluff.
